Traffic Exchange Downline Builders

You will come across quite a few traffic exchange downline builders while surfing manual and auto hit web sites. Until recently these were mainly stand-alone websites. You join the downline builder (usually for free), and then sign up for the traffic exchanges listed within the downline builder.

The idea is that you promote just your referral URL for the downline builder, and your sign-ups will, in theory, flow through into the traffic exchanges underneath.

That means you can devote your effort to just promoting the one referral URL instead of maybe 100 or more separate URL's for all the those traffic exchanges you joined. One sign-up to your downline builder could lead to a new sign-up in many of the traffic exchanges listed in the downline builder.     

A relatively recent twist is that many individual traffic exchanges now include a downline builder for other traffic exchanges within their website. Some go even further and include 'biz-ops' in the downline builder list.

What matters ultimately is the quality of hits delivered by a specific traffic exchange to the web sites that YOU are promoting on it. By quality we mean... are you getting sign-ups (or sales) from that exchange or not?  Personally, we don't worry too much about such things as the % of unique hits delivered, what matters is the rate of sign-ups you get versus the effort you expend.

Many people think that all they have to do is sign up for as many traffic exchanges as possible, surf madly for hours a day, and the sign-ups will follow. It would be good if it were that simple, but unfortunately its not. Nor should you always take the 'rankings' that many exchanges have, as an indicator of the results you personally will receive with the sites you are promoting.

Summary

Traffic exchange downline builders are a useful tool for your overall traffic generation system. They are not as popular as they once were, and some of the older downline builders seem to have reached a peak in terms of membership numbers.
