Making Money With Surf For Cash Autohit Exchanges - Forget About It

'Autosurf for cash' websites are a variation on the traditional autosurf traffic exchange. The idea was, you "invested" (if you can call it that ) some money, autosurfed a few websites every day, and earned a percentage return (say 2% per day ) on the money you put in.

This type of website is quite different from legitimate autosurf traffic exchange.

Traditional autosurf traffic exchanges work operate on the same principle as manual traffic exchanges - you view my site and I'll view yours.  The difference with autohit exchanges is that the website display process is advanced automatically in your browser at a regular time interval.

Most of the 'autosurf for cash' industry has gone 'belly-up', triggered largely by a freezing of member accounts during 2006 by the payment provider Stormpay.

Stormpay - the payment agency used by many of these sites - are co-operating with USA Federal Authorities to determine which, if any, of the various cash autosurf sites are illegal Ponzi schemes. The result has been that many such sites have suspended their operations or in some cases closed down completely while these investigations continue.

At some point, the dust will settle around the autosurf for cash industry. But this will likely take some time - possibly years - given the nature of government investigations.

The more robust of the autosurf for cash web sites are busy trying to re-invent themselves with new and more sustainable business models, but whether this will prove successful seems doubtful.

Our advice - don't get involved with surf for cash websites. If thats not enough to stop you, then at least reduce your risk by only becoming a member of sites that offer a 1% return or less, and only use money you can genuinely afford to lose. Be aware also, that you may be liable to prosecution in some countries, for being an active participant in an illegal Ponzi scheme. Other payment agencies such as Paypal may freeze your account if they decide you are receiving payments from such schemes, and you could have a very long wait before you get your Paypal account balance repaid. If ever.
