The new breed of FFAs is here

Innovation is a way of life on the internet.

What's interesting though is the effect this innovation has had on the traditional FFA's. Their importance was always going to decline anyway, but the ones that have survived and prospered have done so by reducing fees, improving membership benefits, changing their commission structures, relaunching as a "new" site or doing whatever else was needed for their business survival.

By and large the remaining traditional FFA sites have succeeded in maintaining their usefulness by responding sensibly to a changing  environment, not just giving up in the face of new competition. That's something worth noting.
