I'm Des Scahill, the webmaster for Trawl-for-Cash.  

I'm a real person, living in Queensland, Australia, and I've been online in one form or another since I brought myself a Tandy TRS-80 in the early 1980's.

My background though is in finance and investment - I'm a CPA and also have a Masters in Applied Finance. I've worked for many different businesses over the years in various management roles, so I've had some solid business experience too.

I don't consider myself to be any sort of guru. You learn as time goes by, that you are never too old to learn some new way of doing something completely stupid.
